You authorize Provident Funding Associates L.P. to deliver email notifications and discontinue the use of paper correspondence unless you opt out of Paperless through your online account or by calling Provident Funding Associates L.P.
You understand and agree that all correspondence that would otherwise have been sent through postal mail will be made available through your online account.
You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to ensure all contact information for your account is accurate and valid to receive correspondence. Correspondence shall be deemed as provided to you and received by you if it is made available in electronic format on your online account.
You attest that you are authorized to consent on behalf of any and all Co-Borrowers and agree that you will make them aware of the terms and conditions of this consent.
